About the Book

Celia Booth embarks on a revealing journey when circumstances force her to list her home for sale and move to a dingy, upstairs bedsit in her cousin’s house.

In a story of love, courage and the pitfalls encountered after loss Celia must summon all her resources to stay focused on the pursuit of her goals. Seeking answers to a series of disturbing events leads Celia on a wild ride. Old and new friends provide love and support but duplicity and danger lurk in unexpected places.

About the Author

Leonie lives on the coast in South West Victoria. Her early years in Melbourne, residing in funeral homes, gave her valuable insights into matters of life and death. Working for an airline gave her a taste for travel. Moving on to work in the welfare sector kept her grounded.

She has completed several writing courses and a master class in novel writing. Leonie’s work includes: Port Fairy ~ a likely story! a brief, informal account of early settlement in Victoria.

For the Journey, a book of poetry and short stories: and two plays; Mythology, Madness and Mayhem~The Four Horsemen Ride Again was staged by a local theatre group at a Short Play Festival held annually.
